Pagunsan cruised with eight straight pars before finishing with a birdie.

Miguel Tabuena was the next best Filipino scorer at the clubhouse despite a 73.

He began with a double bogey on the first hole and dropped another stroke on 4.

Pagunsan finished 36 holes on 6-under par.

Tabuena bounced back with birdies on 9 and 11 before he bogeyed 14 and birdied 15.

Angelo Que and Justin Quiban were still out on the course.

American Gavin Green was the clubhouse leader on 14-under after a second straight 65.

Thai Phachara Khongwatmai was three shots adrift on 11-under following a 66 while England’s Steve Lewton was running third on 9-under after a 68.
