The 27-year-old talent from Cebu nailed 10 birdies against a bogey and a double bogey to improve his total to 19-under going into the final 18 holes.
He started his round with three straight birdies and bogeyed 5 before back-to-back birdies lifted him to 4-under at the turn.
Go countered a double bogey on 15 with birdies on 11, 12, 14, 16, and 18.
Chonlatit Chuenboonngam of Thailand was running second on 17-under after a bogey-free 67.
Malaysian Paul San was on 16-under after a 68 while Indian Kshitij Naveed Kaul and American Sam Gillis were tied on 15-under following a 66 and 68, respectively.
Clyde Mondilla finished with 70 and sit on joint 10th on 11-under.
He had six birdies against two bogeys and a double bogey.
