Bianca Pagdanganan puts her travel woes behind her and makes her much-awaited comeback in the Dana Open Championship at the Highland Meadows Golf Club in Sylvania, Ohio Thursday.
The 24-year-old Filipina will tee off on the 10th hole in the company of Isi Gabsa and Emma Talley at 7:31 a.m.
Pagdanganan last saw action in the middle of July, missing the cut in the Dow Great Lakes Bay Invitational despite shooting 8-under-par 62 in the second round.
She was supposed to make her return in the CP Women’s Open in Ottawa, Canada last week but had to withdraw after her Canadian visa was released late.
It is uncertain how the six-week layoff will affect her performance this week.
Meanwhile, Yuka Saso hopes to bounce back from another missed cut last week when she starts on the first hole at 1:21 p.m. alongside Wei-Ling Hsu and Marina Alex.
The 21-year-old Fil-Japanese has failed to make the weekend play in her last two tournaments.
She shot 70-75 at the CP Women’s Open last week and failed to advance.
Saso has now missed the cut in six of the last nine tournaments she took part in.
