Epson Tour regular Pauline del Rosario and compatriot Chanelle Avaricio will see action in the BGC Thailand LPGA Masters that kicks off Wednesday at the Black Mountain Golf Club in Prachuap Khirl Khan, Thailand.
Del Rosario is coming off a stint in the Simone Asia Pacific championships in Jakarta, Indonesia where she finished 17th.
Princess Superal, who won the Jakarta tournament, is not in the field this week.
Del Rosario returned to the country for a short vacation and was fortunate to be invited to the 4-million baht, 72-hole event.
“The course is nice and challenging. Undulated. Birdies can be had in par-5 holes,” Del Rosario said.
Avaricio, who is making her first appearance in Thailand, is skipping a Ladies Professional Golf Tour leg at Valley Golf and Country Club in Antipolo, Rizal this week.
