A total of 372 teams will see action in the 35th Mango Tee member-guest golf tournament slated on 30 January to 4 February at the Alabang Country Club in Muntinlupa.
Former Senate President Vicente Sotto III leads the cast that includes the country’s top amateurs, celebrities, and other prominent names in the business industry.
Sotto, who carries a 9-handicap, will team up with Nelson Cheng.
Many-time club champion Jorge Gallent and guest Junjun Plana will defend their gross division title against contenders King Stehmeier-Eric Escalona, Raymond Suarez-Marty Ilagan, Justin Tambunting-Blair Carabuena, Marvin Caparros-Kristoffer Arevalo, Florencio Fianza-Gary Sales, and Jose Francisco Tueres-Don Breganza, among others.
Among the celebrities seeing action are Vic Sotto, Derek Ramsay, Vince Hizon, Martin Nievera, Monsour del Rosario and Paul Artadi.
The tandem of Jaymar Reyes and guest Tato Mercado IV, the overall net champion in 2020, is also in the field.
