The International Boxing Federation has released the names of the officials working the 24 June world title fight starring defending champion Fernando Martinez of Argentina and Jade Bornea of the Philippines.
The New Jersey-based IBF appointed Charlie Fitch of New York as the third man on the ring while the three judges are Mike Fitzgerald of Wisconsin, Jerome Jakubco of Illinois and Zachary Young of California.
Carlos Ortiz Jr. has been named as fight supervisor.
The scheduled 12-round showdown between Martinez and Bornea is taking place at the Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Bornea, based in Las Vegas for almost two years now, is out to avenge the back-to-back defeats suffered by Jerwin Ancajas in his first attempt to win a world crown.
If victorious, Bornea will join Marlon Tapales as the country’s reigning world champions.
Tapales is a two-belt super-bantamweight champion, having won the World Boxing Association and IBF 122-lb straps last April in San Antonio, Texas.
Team Bornea, made up of MP Promotions chief Sean Gibbons and Filipino promoter JC Mananquil, leave for Minneapolis on 21 June.
They will also be joined by chief trainer Ernel Fontanilla.
