ONIC Esports topples Blacklist Int’l to become two-time MSC champ

Indonesian powerhouse ONIC Esports emerged victorious in the grand finals of MSC 2023 following an impressive performance against Blacklist International this Sunday evening at Aeon Mall Mean Chey in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Led by Filipino star jungler Kairi and head coach Yeb, ONIC Esports went charging to the grand finals after beating M4 world champion and MPL PH Season 11 ECHO in the semifinals. They defeated Blacklist International by 4-2.

MPL Indonesia’s back-to-back champion, ONIC Esports became the first team in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang competitive history to win the MSC twice and is coming home with pockets full of cash having won the grand prize of $140,000.

ONIC Esports roamer Kiboy, meanwhile, received the MVP citation and an extra $3,000 for his heroics in the finals.
