EVOS Icon triumphed in the World Cyber Games 2023 following a hard-fought win in the finals over the Philippines’ ECHO Proud this Sunday evening at BEXCO in Busan, South Korea.

The Indonesian squad EVOS Icon passed an acid test from ECHO Proud, which is composed of Jeymz, KurtTzy, Jaypee, Outplayed, and Zaida.

After winning two games in a row, ECHO Proud fought back and fought back hard winning the next two games in the best-of-five series.

ECHO Proud had the lead in the early going in Game 5, but a series of successful team fights allowed EVOS Icon to turn the tide and cop the series in 12 minutes.

The win saw EVOS Icon pocket the grand prize of $20,000 while ECHO Proud walks away with $10,000.
