Bermaz Auto Philippines, the exclusive distributor of Mazda vehicles and parts in the country, has moved on to the next chapter of its story with the formal inauguration of Mazda C5 Pasig.
This state-of-the-art dealership, situated in a strategic location, is the first in the Philippines to showcase the Mazda Japanese Premium dealership corporate design direction.
Mazda’s reputation has been rooted in vehicles that elicit evocative styling and offer emotionally-charged driving dynamics. The Japanese Premium dealership concept is a natural extension of this ethos.
Through an open scheme floor plan that emphasizes business transparency, and an aesthetic complemented by natural materials, Mazda is introducing a new level of dealership design.
“The new design is meant to embody the overall spirit and direction of the brand and its customers — translating the sophisticated design of our award-winning vehicle lineup into the car buying process.
“To be certain the design concept was implemented to Mazda Japan Design Concept, the project architect visited Mazda’s flagship store in Katananobaba in Tokyo. By offering an experience customers naturally want to seek out, Mazda can deliver a premium experience that customers expect and deserve,” explained Steven Tan, president and CEO of Mazda Philippines.
Relocating from Connecticut Street in Greenhills, San Juan, the new Mazda C5 Pasig is strategically positioned on E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue corner Carlos J. Caparas in Barangay Ugong in Pasig City.
The dealership’s operation will be managed by Inchcape Philippines — a joint-venture between the prestigious luxury vehicle distributor, CATS Group of Companies and UK-based Inchcape.
Sprawling across a 2,343- square meter area, Mazda C5 Pasig is well-equipped to display up to six Mazda vehicles in its showroom. The dealership facility also includes six service bays, thus enabling Mazda C5 Pasig to offer Preventive Maintenance Service and general job and repair services.
“The opening of Mazda C5 Pasig represents the next chapter in our partnership with Mazda Philippines. As one of the pioneering dealership groups to carry Mazda, we have seen the brand and its vehicles move up to the premium space. Befitting Mazda’s Japanese Premium philosophy, we are committed to offering a world-class experience to our customers,” stated Francis Jonathan C. Ang, COO of Inchcape Philippines.
Mazda customers stand to benefit from an industry-first, still industry-exclusive aftersales experience at Mazda C5 Pasig, including a five-year free service plan.
The plan encompasses the cost of periodic maintenance for parts and labor at six-month or 10,000-kilometer intervals, for up to five years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. This is in addition to the three-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on every new Mazda vehicle.
