Filipino Miguel Tabuena salvaged joint fourth place finish on Sunday after a sizzling 65 on the final day of the SJM Macau Open at Macau Golf and Country Club.
The current Asian Tour Order of Merit third-placer collected an 18-under 266 in a tie with Chinese Taipei’s Lee Chieh Po who turned in a 63 Sunday.
Tabuena’s performance all week, firing 66-69-66 on the first three rounds, is expected to yield him points in the OOM money list.
Other Filipinos Justin Quiban and Lloyd Go both carded 71s but wound up tied for 51st and tied for 61st, respectively.
Australian Min Woo Lee pressed on with a 63 on the final day for a two-stroke victory over Thai Poom Saksanin.
Lee posted a 30-under 254 to win the $1 million tournament.
Saksanin was two shots behind, while compatriot Pracahara Khongwatmai was third after a 64 for 264.
