The Isuzu D-Max has been in the country since 2003 and after three generations, it remained among the best-selling pickup trucks in the country.
The third generation, launched in 2021, carried significant design changes, a more refined ride and performance as well as additional safety features. To provide the market with more choices Isuzu Philippines Corp. introduced last month another variant called the new D-Max Limited.
“The new Isuzu D-Max Limited makes the already appealing D-Max pick-up even more attractive to those looking for added character on their vehicle. Designed with uniqueness and individuality in mind, this vehicle is fit for those with a deeper passion in life, especially the adventurous type,” IPC president Tetsuya Fujita said.
The new D-Max Limited sports a Blackout Grille with an eye-catching red Isuzu logo accentuating the front. The same red accent is carried to the new front bumper guard to give the pickup truck a more distinctive and masculine appeal.
On its side, the D-Max Limited supports a gray streak body graphics with red limited logo that extends all the way to the tailgate.
To complete the rugged look, the Limited is equipped with 17-inch Satin Black Finish Alloy Wheels fitted with a 265/70 R17 All-Terrain tires.
Also installed were Monotube Nitrogen Charged Performance Shock Absorber with rigid rear shackles, increasing its ground clearance to 260 mm, while still providing the vehicle stability, and control even when traversing challenging roads.
There’s also newly designed sidestep board, for non-slip easy ingress and egress of its driver and passengers.
Inside, there is a newly designed premium D-Max Limited carpet. IPC informed that all of these exterior and interior accessories are designed by Isuzu Accessories and Service Parts, Thailand, so customers can be assured of the quality and durability of these accessory package.
Powered by the same reliable 3.0L 4JJ3-TCX Blue Power engine, the new D-Max Limited generates 187 hp and maximum 450 Nm of torque.
Strategically positioned to compete with other accessorized pick-up in the market, the new Isuzu D-Max Limited is only available on the 3.0L 4×2 LS-A AT variant in Onyx Black color.
Considering all the recent upgrades on the design and performance features, the D-Max Limited is competitively priced at P1.580 million; which will be made available in all Isuzu dealerships within the month.
To continue the promotion for the newly launched D-Max Limited, IPC has scheduled a series of mall displays in major cities across the country: SM Seaside Cebu from 23 to 26 November; and SM Lanang Davao from 30 November to 6 December.
