M2 Mobile Legends world championship runner-up Burmese Ghouls has landed in the Philippines.
Most remembered by Filipino Esports fans for going toe-to-toe with Bren Esports in the M2 World Championship finals in 2021, the Myanmar representative is back on the world stage after taking a sabbatical in Esports amid the political turmoil back home.
Ironically, Burmese Ghouls is slated to face MPL PH Season 12 champion AP Bren in the opening game of the Group Stage on 2 December at EVM Convention Center in Quezon City.
Touted as the grandest stage of professional Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, the upcoming M5 World Championship brandishes the biggest prize pool yet in history with $900,000 or 49.9 million pesos.
