Ford Philippines has broadened the accessibility of two of its most admired vehicles, the Ford Explorer and Ford Mustang, by making them available for reservation online.

The move comes in the wake of the successful launch of the next-generation Ford Ranger and Everest, whose online release was met with great enthusiasm from customers seeking a blend of convenience and safety in their vehicle purchasing process.

The online reservation platform presents a seamless, user-friendly experience that caters to the modern customer’s preference for digital transactions.

The process begins with customers configuring their chosen Ford vehicle, selecting their preferred model, transmission, drivetrain, and exterior color. Upon completing this selection process, customers are directed to a summary page where they can review their choices.

To proceed with their reservation, customers are required to create a Ford account, a tool that not only enables the reservation process but also allows customers to receive updates and track the status of their reserved vehicle.

The payment stage of the process offers further flexibility. Customers can opt to request a quote from their chosen Ford dealer or proceed directly to “Reserve Now” to confirm their reservation. A fully refundable reservation fee is charged via the customer’s PayPal, credit card, or debit card account.

Upon completing the online reservation process, customers will receive regular updates via text or email, and they can also track the progress of their reservation through their Ford account. The selected Ford dealer will then reach out to discuss subsequent steps including documentation, available payment options and the anticipated delivery date.

Mike Breen, managing director of Ford Philippines, affirms the company’s dedication to enhancing customer experience.

“Enhancing the overall ownership experience remains a priority for us at Ford.  With the Ford Explorer and Mustang now available on the online reservation portal, we continue to make it easier and more convenient for our customers to start their Ford vehicle ownership journey at their fingertips,” he said.

THE Ford Mustang is now available through online reservations.

The Ford Mustang, a four-seater sports car known for its reliable engine and iconic design, is available for online reservation in two models: the Mustang 2.3L EcoBoost Premium 10-Speed SelectShift® AT Fastback and the Mustang 5.0L V8 GT Premium 10-Speed SelectShift® AT Fastback.

Mustang prices start at P3,048,000.

Also now available for online reservation is the Ford Explorer. With prices starting at P3,298,000, it is a premium SUV that inspires families to embark on new adventures with its bold exterior design and powerful 2.3L EcoBoost Engine.

This move by Ford Philippines signals a dedication to providing a modern and efficient vehicle purchasing experience for its customers, offering both convenience and safety in these changing times. Go to www.ford.com.ph and click Shop to access all models available for online reservation.
