Defending MPL champion ECHO remained unbeaten in the regular season following a sweep over the no.2 team AP Bren this Saturday at Shooting Gallery Studio in Makati.

ECHO and AP Bren, the M4 world champion and 2023 IESF world champion respectively, fought tooth and nail in the opening game but it was the former that emerged victorious in 16 minutes.

In Game 2, AP Bren came close to breaking the ECHO base with a high-risk attack down the middle but was fended off by the latter. With lord on the loose, AP Bren failed to make it back in time to their base, losing the series in 14 minutes.

“Ang ganda ng pinakita ng Bren. Ang sarap nila kalaban kasi balagbagan din,” ECHO coach Tictac said after the match.

Earlier in the day, RSG PH also scored a 2-0 sweep over fan-favorite Omega Esports.
