Yulo misses floor exercise podium in world championships

Carlos Yulo failed to get a medal after finishing in fourth place in the men’s floor exercise final of the 52nd FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Antwerp on Saturday evening (Manila time).

Yulo, who qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics, scored 14.5 points as he ended his campaign empty-handed.

Tokyo Olympics champion Artem Dolgopyat of Israel dominated the apparatus with 15.866 points while Japan’s Kazuki Minami came in second place with 14.666 points.

Kazakhstan’s Milad Karimi came in at third place with 14.6 points.
