Another day, another dominating win.

Choco Mucho barely broke a sweat in whipping hapless Nxled, 25-11, 25-20, 25-19, to extend its winning run to four in the Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino Conference yesterday at the Philsports Arena in Pasig City.

The Flying Titans found their rhythm early in the 81-minute victory that hiked their win-loss record to 4-1 for four-way tie at second spot with idle Petro Gazz, PLDT and Chery Tiggo.

Sisi Rondina was again unstoppable in Choco Mucho’s fourth straight sets triumph in a row as the high-flying, power-hitting winger pounded the Chameleons’ defense with 14 kills to finish with 16 points.

The Cebuana spiker was also active on floor defense with 12 digs and seven excellent receptions while Isa Molde and Cherry Nunag added nine and six points, respectively, for the Flying Titans.

Meanwhile, Ivy Lacsina took over in the fifth set as F2 Logistics outlasted winless Farm Fresh, 28-26, 20-25, 25-23, 23-25, 15-8, to improve to a 3-2 card.

Lacsina scored seven of her 27 points in the deciding frame including the game-winning hit while Jolina dela Cruz had an all-around performance of 27 points, including 25 kills with 10 digs and 10 receptions.

Ara Galang added 13 points, 14 digs and 19 excellent receptions for the Cargo Movers, who spoiled Trisha Tubu’s career-best 30 points as the Foxies dropped to 0-7 card.

Choco Mucho took advantage of its chemistry under the system of head coach Dante Alinsunurin over the expansion squad that dropped its fourth straight game in five outings.

“Coach Dante always reminds our players to stick to our system inside the court. We should always adjust quickly to every situation, every set against different opponents,” Flying Titans assistant coach Jessie Lopez said.

The Flying Titans received 24 free points from the Chameleons’ errors. Choco Mucho limited its miscues to just nine.

Kat Tolentino had six points, Aduke Ogunsanya made the most of her one set of action in dumping in six markers while setter Deanna Wong dished out 20 excellent sets to help Choco Mucho hammer down 47 spikes.

Jho Maraguinot and Judith Abil fired 14 and 11 points, respectively, in a lost cause for Nxled. Maraguinot added 13 excellent receptions while Abil had 11 receptions and eight digs.
