The U Series of Poker season finale witnessed yet another blockbuster event as players flocked to Furama Resort for the Mini Main Event.
The gorgeous coastal town of Da Nang in Vietnam, saw Day 1A attracting 267 entries, Day 1B a massive 366 entries, and Day 1C another 302 participants. This cumulative total of 935 entries set a new record for the brand’s event.
Simultaneously, the prize pool surged to VND 7.25 billion (~$330.9K), almost VND 2 billion more than the previous figure.
On Day 2, 117 players returned led by South Korea’s Louie Yu wit 950,000 (95 bb) in chips. Everyone is guaranteed VND 12,700,000 and will aim for the VND 1,260,000 (~$52,26) top prize.
