BAGUIO CITY — The Camp John Hay Golf Club is all set to host the Chairman’s Charity Cup on Saturday with over 200 golfers participating as they vie for the division titles and fantastic raffle prizes at stake.
Club Chairman Bob Sobrepeña is expected to lead the two-day tournament which is actually the opening salvo for the grand celebration of its 25th year as a premier golfing destination in the North.
“We are excited to kick off the year with the Chairman’s Cup. There’ll be more tournaments lined up including the forthcoming yearly Corporate Cup in March,” said CJHGC general manager Jude Eustaquio.
To spice up the event, a Toyota Wigo, a Club Car golf cart, a golf set by XXiO and a hundred thousand pesos cash are up for grabs as holes-in-one prizes.
