Isuzu Philippines Corporation has once again proved its leadership in the country’s truck segment.

Last year, IPC secured a “Triple Crown” finish as it topped all three truck categories (III, IV and V) by selling a total of 4,838 units or 43 percent of truck market share, based on the combined report from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc. and the Truck Manufacturers Association Inc.

This is the 24th consecutive year that the country’s leading provider of trucks has set this milestone, underscoring IPC’s unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction in the truck and automotive industry.

“Maintaining our leadership position in the truck segment for 24 consecutive years is a testament to our dedication to delivering not just quality commercial vehicles, but also comprehensive business solutions. Our customers’ satisfaction and trust are at the core of what we do. Together with our dealer network we are committed to continuing our tradition of excellence in the years to come,” said IPC president Tetsuya Fujita.

IPC led the market last year after selling 3,034 units under the Category III light-duty trucks; 1,407 units under the Category IV medium-duty trucks; and 397 units under the Category V heavy-duty trucks.

This achievement not only cements IPC’s dominance in the truck segment but also showcases its comprehensive range of business solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of Filipino entrepreneurs and business owners nationwide.

Renowned durability and reliability

Fujita explained that IPC’s success is built on the foundation of its renowned durability and reliability, with each vehicle engineered to withstand the demands of various business operations.

“The company’s commitment to quality has earned the trust of thousands of business owners nationwide, who rely on IPC for their commercial vehicle needs,” he added.

Beyond the superior quality of its trucks, IPC banks on its strong nationwide dealer network, setting  industry standards with its exceptional after-sales service.

Isuzu customers benefit from a wide array of support services designed to enhance their truck ownership experience. These services include free driver and mechanic training, access to mobile medic services, and the expertise of Japanese engineers, ensuring that Isuzu’s support extends well beyond the initial purchase.

“IPC will remain dedicated to contributing to the growth and success of businesses here in the Philippines. As the brand looks to the future, we reaffirm our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer service, with the aim of further strengthening our position as the leading truck manufacturer in the country,” promised Fujita.
