Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. said the hotline caters to not just sales and aftersales inquiries, but more importantly, on-the-road assistance requests. Access has been made much easier as there is now only one number for landline (+63288688000) and for mobile (+639178689000) subscribers.
“For us at Hyundai Motor Philippines, we believe that quality service is crucial in maintaining good relationships with our customers. We are driven to provide an easy ownership experience that will make sure that our brand becomes top of mind when it comes to customer satisfaction,” said Cecil Capacete, HMPH managing director.
“As we gladly see more and more Hyundai cars on the road, we also take on a higher responsibility to keep them safe and worry-free. Through our enhanced contact center and roadside assistance service, we assure our valued patrons that we will always be available to answer to their needs,” Capacete added.
The benefits being provided to Hyundai owners include: Under vehicle assistance — towing of the covered vehicle for up to P4,000 limit, towing and recovery of the covered vehicle for up to P8,000 limit, delivery of spare key, and delivery of emergency fuel for up to P4,000 limit. Covered by onsite minor repair are replacement of flat tire for up to P4,000 limit and battery jumpstart. Owners are also eligible for three days and two nights hotel accommodation for up to P3,000 limit, and continuation of journey for up to P2,000 limit. Under personal and medical assistance, Hyundai will take care of arranging the reimbursement of travel expenses, relay of urgent messages, accident and ambulance coordination assistance. For info service, a dealers’ directory and emergency contact numbers will be provided to Hyundai owners.
Promo limits are valid for one year upon purchase of any Hyundai vehicle (standard rates may apply for the succeeding years).
