For the second consecutive year, Isuzu Makati emerged as Isuzu Philippines’ Dealer of the Year. The recently concluded Isuzu event recognizes excellence in various operational areas, with special awards given out for achievements in Sales, Parts and Service Operations, highlighting a dealer’s sustained excellence.

Joining Isuzu Makati were other awardees Isuzu Subic and Isuzu Cagayan de Oro that secured second and third place, respectively.

Isuzu Gencars chairman Edgard Cabangon extended his appreciation to Isuzu Philippines for its unwavering support while acknowledging his team’s dedication, which has been instrumental in earning customer loyalty and achieving the dealership’s goal.

Meanwhile, IPC president Tetsuya Fujita expressed his gratitude toward Isuzu’s dealers for their remarkable contributions, particularly emphasizing their role in maintaining Isuzu’s leadership in the truck segment for 25 consecutive years. Fujita also posed a challenge to the dealers to bolster Isuzu’s Light Commercial Vehicle business and to continue creating innovative business solutions for their customers across the country.

Isuzu Subic won the Sales Operations Category followed by Isuzu Makati and then Isuzu Alabang. Isuzu Bulacan took the top spot for the Parts Operations Category, followed by Isuzu Makati and Isuzu Cagayan de Oro. While for the Service Operations Category, Isuzu Sta. Rosa won first place, followed by Isuzu Calapan and Isuzu Cagayan de Oro.

Individual accolades were also presented to sales executives who showed outstanding performance, with Rica Anne Quico from Isuzu Alabang being named as the 2023 Sales Executive of the Year. The awards ceremony also highlighted performers in truck sales, via its 2023 Truck Elite of the year award, with Grant Jehiel Endriga from Isuzu Cagayan de Oro receiving the honors.

Fujita said IPC’s annual Dealer of the Year Awards not only celebrates the achievements of its dealerships and their staff but also reinforces Isuzu’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the automotive industry. The back-to-back win of Isuzu Makati stands as a testament to the brand’s dedication in providing high-quality service and products to its customers nationwide.
