Blacklist books M4 slot with sweep over ECHO

SOCIAL MEDIA

Two-time MPL PH champion and M3 Mobile Legends world champion Blacklist is the first Philippine team to qualify for the M4 Mobile Legends World Championship following a 3-0 sweep over ECHO in the upper bracket finals of MPL Season 10 Playoffs this Saturday.

“I think this is the team that can win back-to-back championships at M4, so we really needed to get there and no one else. Maybe it would take another generation to have a team to win a back-to-back [world championships] but this team I am confident of,” said Blacklist coach Bon Chan.

The dominant win over ECHO also gave Blacklist International its spot in the MPL PH Playoffs grand finals, which is scheduled to take place tomorrow, 4 p.m. ECHO, meanwhile, will face the winner between RSG PH and Bren Esports in the lower bracket finals.
