SSL second round action resumes Sunday

The scheduled games of the Shakey’s Super League Collegiate Pre-season Championship second round will resume on Sunday, 30 October, at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum.

Upon deliberation, the organizing Athletic Events and Sports Management Group, Inc. (ACES) on Saturday night has decided to push through with the slated quadruple-header playdate.

A total of eight teams are set to see action in the second round.

Far Eastern University will play Adamson University at 10:00 a.m. while De La Salle University and University of Santo Tomas clash at 12:30 p.m. in the Pool F pairings.

Squaring off at 4:00 p.m. are Ateneo de Manila University and University of Perpetual Help while the other Pool F pairing between University of the Philippines and UAAP champion National University is set at 6:30 p.m.

The SSL has postponed Saturday’s playdate due to inclement weather brought about by severe typhoon “Paeng”.
