Filipinas strike down Papúa New Guinea

The Philippine women’s national football team struck down Papua New Guinea, 9-0, in its second friendly match at Western Sydney Wanderers Park in Australia on 15 December (Manila time).

Quinley Quezada led the charge with a hat-trick while Katrina Guillou scored a brace in the Filipinas’ last game for 2022.

Sara Eggesvik, Jessika Cowart, Tahnai Annis and an own goal by the Papuans added more damage as the Philippines emerged victorious in the second of its two-game friendly matches.
