Head coach George Pascua parted ways with PLDT Home Fibr after one season of calling the shots for the club in the Premier Volleyball League.

The High Speed Hitters formally announced the release of the mentor in the club’s social media post on Monday.

“We would like to thank Coach George Pascua for all that he has done for the team,” the club said in its Instagram post.

“He built a program that helped the players strengthen their teamwork and gameplay, as they faced their battles on the court during the three conferences that Coach George was on board. We wish him well as he moves on to new endeavors.”

Pascua took over the PLDT rein January last year as replacement for Roger Gorayeb.

Under his watch, the rebuilding High Speed Hitters finished fifth in the Open Conference, fourth in the Invitational Conference after losing to sister team Cignal in the battle for third and sixth in the season-ending Reinforced Conference.
