Mighty Warriors and Dauntless J asserted their dominance as they hammered contrasting victories in the United Basketball League at the Systems Plus Computer College Gym in Caloocan City.

The 18-under squad of Mighty Warriors stamped its class against YG Hoops, 75-60, with four players emerging in double figures.

Shaun Haw led the scoring parade with 16 points while Gab Nepacena had 15 markers for the Mighty Warriors, who bucked a slow start before holding their rivals to only eight points in the third period to rip the game wide open.

Luigi Almanza and Kris Magat, for their part, scored 13 markers apiece.

Later on, Haw continued his good showing as he delivered 27 points to power the 16-under squad of Mighty Hoops to a 106-46 massacre of Triple J.

Ram Luna and Ram Sharma, the son of former Philippine Basketball Association player Carlo Sharma, backed Haw with 12 markers apiece.

Meanwhile, Neil Garcia delivered a double-double performance to power Dauntless J to a 70-46 victory over Manila Braves in the 14-under division.

Serapio Santino flirted with a double-double performance of 12 points and nine rebounds while Brent de Guzman tallied 11 markers for Dauntless J, which made it a double celebration when its 16-under squad pulled off a hard-earned 57-50 triumph over Kinetics.
