Gilas Pilipinas Women squad suffered its second consecutive loss following a 59-65 loss to Busan BNK Sum of South Korea in the 2023 William Jones Cup on Tuesday at the Taipei Heping Basketball Gymnasium in Taipei.

Li Zhaoxi fired 19 points to power Busan, the Women’s Korean Basketball League runner-up, to its bounce back win following a 73-98 loss to Chanson V-Magic of Japan last Monday.
