Isuzu Philippines Corporation recently marked its expanding footprint in the Cavite area with the launch of its newest dealership — Isuzu Dasmariñas.

It is IPC’s 49th dealership in the country.

Run by Iconic Dealership Inc., the new establishment is IDI’s second Isuzu dealership in the province, replacing the now-closed Isuzu Imus and joining Isuzu Bacoor.

IDI President Toti Zara underscored the significance of the move by stating: “The Isuzu brand has always been a jewel within IDI, it amounts to one-third of our business, and with this relocation, we expect better returns in the future as it is located at the crossroads of two major thoroughfares.”

“This means better visibility and accessibility for our customers in the area. The timing of the opening couldn’t be more perfect, as the industry is projected to return to pre-pandemic levels by year-end, with hopes for a full recovery by next year.”

Strategically located along the bustling Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, the Isuzu Dasmariñas outlet occupies an impressive 5,000 square meters of land. Its showroom offers generous space, enough to display up to three vehicles, including trucks.

To enhance customer experience, the dealership has also been equipped with a comfortable lounge, ample parking and a comprehensive service area featuring seven service bays. These service facilities are designed to accommodate a range of Isuzu vehicles, from light commercial options to heavy-duty trucks.

Built in line with Isuzu’s Global Dealership Standard, the outlet aims to provide a seamless customer experience across multiple touchpoints — ranging from initial inquiries to after-sales services. This holistic focus on the customer journey is intended to create a lasting relationship, encouraging repeat visits to the showroom.

Tetsuya Fujita, president of IPC, highlighted the importance of the Dasmariñas location for Isuzu. “Dasmariñas has proven itself as one of the most competitive cities not just in CALABARZON but nationwide,” Fujita said.

Its growth over the past years has been strategic for Isuzu to set foot in this area. We are elated that through IDI, the Isuzu brand will enjoy an expanded presence, not just in this city but in the entire province in the coming years.

Given IDI’s track record for excellent customer service, we are confident they will maintain the same high standard in this new location as they have in other dealerships.”

Isuzu Dasmariñas joins a growing network of 48 Isuzu dealerships across the Philippines. The new dealership aims to showcase Isuzu’s latest line-up, featuring cutting-edge pick-ups, SUV and its range of best-selling trucks, thereby adding to Isuzu’s ongoing commitment to quality and customer service.

The opening of the new dealership at this juncture serves as a calculated step, considering that the automotive industry is on the brink of a potential upswing, returning to pre-pandemic sales volumes.

With this new launch, both IPC and IDI aim to cater to an expanding customer base by tapping into the potential of a strategic location. The new dealership is not just a point of sale but a comprehensive service center, encapsulating Isuzu’s and IDI’s commitment to an all-encompassing customer experience.
