AP Bren ended its run at no. 2 despite losing to Blacklist International on the final week of the regular season of MPL Season 12 this Sunday evening.

Composed of Pheww, KyleTzy, Flap, Super Marco, Owgwen, and Pando, AP Bren ended the regular season behind ECHO with 24 points after defeating the latter yesterday by 2-1.

Even though they lost to Blacklist International earlier today, the three-time MPL PH champion and M3 world champion still cannot catch up on points though they are Playoffs-bound.
ONIC PH, meanwhile, took the last slot in the Playoffs following a win over Omega Esports.

On the brink of elimination, Minana Evos almost took the last spot when it pulled off an upset over ECHO last Friday and grabbed another win over ONIC this past Saturday.

With their backs against the wall, ONIC PH was in a must-win situation earlier against Omega Esports and did so with an impressive 2-0 score.

After six weeks of the regular season, ECHO and AP Bren booked their spot in the upper bracket of the Playoffs.

RSG, ONIC, Blacklist International, and Omega Esports, meanwhile will have to fight their way to the championship in a do-or-die match throughout the Playoffs.
