Suzuki Philippines Incorporated is confident that more Filipinos will be driving home its bestselling models a month before Christmas.

From 24 to 26 November 2023, the main atrium of SM Mall of Asia played host to the Suzuki Grand Auto Festival where the leading distributor of compact cars in the country displayed its wares.

Among them are the new Ertiga Hybrid multipurpose vehicle, Jimny mini SUV, Dzire mini subcompact sedan, XL7 crossover, S-Presso AGS compact hatchback and Celerio subcompact hatchback models.

During the event, Norihide Takei, Suzuki Philippines’ director and general manager for Automobile Division, delivered a message where he summed up Suzuki’s goal in giving Filipinos top-notch models that they will love. He also thanked the Filipinos for helping the brand succeed in the country.

JIMNY is popular among students and young professionals.

“Together, let’s experience the culmination of Suzuki’s excellence — all under one roof,” he said.

Discover the innovation, stunning designs, comfort, accessibility, and versatility of Suzuki vehicles, tailored to meet diverse Filipino needs. Your support has been incredible, and this event is our way of saying thank you for being a part of our journey since the start of 2023.”

Takei described the Suzuki Grand Auto Festival as an occasion that celebrated the loyalty of Suzuki’s customers and patrons who stood by the Japanese car manufacturer throughout the year. He added that it was also an ideal platform for first-time buyers and car enthusiasts who want to upgrade their current vehicles with Suzuki’s latest models.

One might ask that, with the many brands in the country’s automotive market, what made Suzuki one of the preferred vehicle brands?

More than their affordability and better mileage, Suzuki’s compact vehicles have helped the brand make an impact on the public.

These are vehicles that can weave in and out of traffic with ease and don’t give drivers any problem when it comes to tight parking spaces.

Surely, with the kind of traffic situation we have in the country, having compact vehicles — especially the ones from Suzuki which were made with the important needs of motorists, like Filipinos,  in mind — is a welcome development.

ERTIGA is one of the car brand’s best-sellers.

Takei was very grateful and appreciated the presence of hundreds of visitors during the event. Guests who were able to see and check out Suzuki’s latest models were also treated to a day filled with fun and engaging activities.

Suzuki’s dynamic general manager was glad that there were car buyers who were able to avail themselves of discounts and affordable plans through the help of Suzuki’s reliable and competent staff.

“Our dedicated sales executives guided them in making an informed purchase decision and made sure that the finest deals and offers were given to them,” Takei said.

Aside from inviting celebrities, models, and dancers to the three-day festival, the guests were able to join various ground games and activities like Color Blitz, Car Circuit Games, Pair Play, Auto Cubix Quest, MOB Surprise! and Suzuki Safety Scouts.

Exclusive Suzuki merchandise was also given to lucky visitors and game participants who even had the chance to write their messages for Suzuki Philippines on the “Suzuki Sign Up Wall.”

“It was an unforgettable three-day event weekend filled with family moments and delightful surprises. And for those who were finally able to drive home their dream Suzuki vehicle, I’m sure it was a perfect and memorable one,” Takei said.
