As she heads into the next season of the LPGA armed with full status, Bianca Pagdanganan looked back at the struggle she underwent through the months.

The 26-year-old Pagdanganan made it to the big league after finishing 55th in the CME list which she cemented during last week’s CME Group Tour Championship.

“We live and we learn. It was a tough first half of the year and there were times when I would beat myself up over things I did or could’ve done and that only did me more harm than good,” said the former Asian Games champion.

Acknowledged as one of the top hitters in the tour, Pagdanganan cited the doubt she had in herself after her struggle both the LPGA and Epson Tour.

But her T2 and T3 finishes at LPGA ending the season shot her well into the mix.

“Here’s to reminding myself that progress is progress no matter how small and that playing bad golf doesn’t make you a bad golfer.”

“Regardless of how the year went, it was still a great one and there’s so much to be proud of.”

Quite a point to ponder. Especially coming from her.
