Three-time MPL PH champion Blacklist International is looking unstoppable in its hunt for another world title after eliminating Geek Fam to advance into the lower bracket semifinal of the M5 World Championship this Friday at Rizal Memorial Coliseum in Manila.
After losing the opening game, Blacklist International recalibrated and bit back hard, winning all of the next three games to cop the series. According to the team, adjustment was vital to winning the match.
“Our mindset every game is like every game is like Game 1. We reset every game whether we win or lose,” said Blacklist International gold laner OHEB.
“I am thankful because all we have worked for since MPL was worth it. We are reaching our dream little by little. We are getting there,” added Blacklist International roamer Renejay.
Blacklist International, the M3 world champion, now awaits the winner between Deus Vult and See You Soon in the lower bracket semifinal.
